Coaching packages

Two hour package £140

This is a cost-effective way to see whether coaching is for you. The package includes:

  • 5-10 minute Pre-coaching conversation by phone

  • 2 x 1 hour coaching sessions, either in person on a walk or by phone

  • Support and "homework" after both sessions.

 6 session coaching package  £500

By purchasing 6 sessions you are ensuring that I am there to support you as you create new habits and goals. Initially you may start with 1 session a week but as you start to embed the changes, I would expect to extend the time between the sessions. This may mean that the package lasts you from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your requirements. From the 1st to the last coaching session, you will be supported with regular contact and support via e-mail. 

This package includes:

  • 5-10 minute pre-coaching conversation by phone

  • 6 x hourly coaching sessions when required.

  • Support and "homework" for the duration of your package.

FAQs

Where do the sessions take place?

A: The coaching sessions can be done over the phone, or in person. If in  person, I would encourage you to choose to accompany me on a walk. This allows us to use nature as a calming, restorative force. We can discuss your preferences during our pre-coaching call.

The PT sessions can take place at your home or outside. The idea of the personal training is often to ensure that you can replicate what we do on your own. Again, this can be discussed during our pre-coaching call.

Can I do joint coaching with a friend?

A. The actual coaching sessions need to be independent. As a coach, I will be asking you questions which I hope that you will answer as truthfully as possible. Adding a friend to the actual sessions does not help this process.

If you have purchased a combined PT/ Coaching course, it can be really fun to have a friend to workout with. The PT sessions can therefore be combined but the coaching sessions would still need to individual. Additional people on the combined course costs £100 per person. Maximum of 4 people. 

Combined Coaching and Personal Training £560

This is the ideal package if your goals include introducing more fitness habits into your life. It is particularly for you if your fitness levels are currently low and you need to work on your confidence around exercise. The personal training sessions will concentrate on raising your fitness levels in a way that can be replicated independently and the coaching sessions will help you to create healthier habits to ensure that the work you do is sustainable.

The package includes:

  • 5-10 minute pre-coaching phone call

  • 1 hour initial coaching session to help determine your goals and any barriers you have which are stopping you from achieving them.

  • 6 x 1 hour PT/ Coaching sessions. These will include both physical training and emotional coaching support. Ideally these will be weekly.

  • Support via e-mail throughout the plan giving you weekly "homework" challenges.

  • 1 hour final coaching session to catch up on your progress and ensure that you feel confident going forward.

  • A plan to see you through the first few weeks without personal training. This may include (at extra cost) further coaching sessions.
